1. Overview

We want you to love your Genuins. If something isn't right, we're here to help. Please read this policy carefully before initiating a return or exchange.

2. Return Eligibility

We accept returns on eligible items within 30 days of the delivery date, subject to the conditions below.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn and in original condition
  • In original packaging with all tags attached
  • Purchased directly from genuinsusa.com

3. What We Do Not Accept

The following are not eligible for return or exchange under any circumstances:

  • Final Sale items - all sales are final, no exceptions
  • Change of mind returns - we do not accept returns where you have simply changed your mind about a purchase
  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
  • Items purchased through third-party retailers - please contact the retailer directly.

4. Exchanges

Products are eligible for free exchange for up to 30 days following the purchase date.

We offer you the option to unlock free return shipping later for the eligible items in your order by paying a small returns fee at the time of purchase. If you choose to pay this fee during purchase, there is no additional charge for shipping your item(s) back to us.

If you choose not to pay this fee during your purchase, you may be subject to a higher shipping/handling fee later at the rates that we require on the date you ship your item(s) back to us for a return.

Please note that this service does not exempt your order from final sale or other store policies.

Exchanges requested without checkout+ are not eligible for free shipping. If you need to request an exchange, please request this via: https://genuins-usa.loopreturns.com/. Please note that you will be responsible for all shipping and handling costs associated with this exchange.

Note: Exchanges are subject to product availability. If your requested size or style is unavailable, we will issue store credit to the value of your original purchase.

5. Refunds

We do not offer cash refunds for change of mind. Refunds are only issued in the following circumstances:

  • The item arrived damaged or defective - see Section 6
  • The wrong item was sent to you

Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of us receiving and inspecting the return. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at: support@genuinsusa.com

Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the damage. We will assess your claim and, where verified:

  • Replace the item in your original size at no cost, if available
  • Issue store credit to the value of the item if your size or style is no longer available

Store credits do not expire and can be used on any future order at genuinsusa.com.

7. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Step 1: Visit our returns portal at https://genuins-usa.loopreturns.com/.

Step 2: Enter your order number and the zip code used at checkout.

Step 3: Select the item(s) you wish to return or exchange and follow the prompts.

Step 4: Ship the item back using the instructions provided. If using the portal for an exchange, your return label will be provided. If returning outside the portal, you are responsible for shipping costs.

Step 5: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your exchange, store credit, or approved refund within 5–10 business days.

8. Canadian Orders

We ship to Canada. Canadian customers may initiate exchanges through our Loop Returns portal; however, return shipping costs from Canada are the responsibility of the customer. Genuins LLC is not responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees incurred on returned or exchanged shipments crossing the US-Canada border. These charges are non-refundable.

9. Wholesale & Retail Partner Orders

This policy applies to direct-to-consumer purchases made at genuinsusa.com only. Orders placed through wholesale or retail partners are subject to those partners' own return policies.
