Genuins delivers to customers across the United States and Canada. All orders are processed and dispatched from our warehouse within 1–2 business days of purchase.
United States
We offer Standard Shipping for $8.95 USD with an estimated delivery time of 5–8 business days, and Express Shipping for $17.95 USD with delivery in 2–3 business days. We also offer Overnight shipping for orders placed by 12pm CST, for $29.95 USD. Orders over $140 USD qualify for free Standard Shipping.
Canada
We offer Standard Shipping for $13.95 USD with an estimated delivery time of 7–12 business day. Orders over $140 USD qualify for free Standard Shipping.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after dispatch.
Duties & Taxes
For Canadian orders, customs duties and import taxes may apply upon arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in your order total or shipping fee.
